TASKBOT FEATURES:

👉𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

The automation will automatically review all incoming requests to join the Facebook Group. It will assess these requests based on the responses provided to the membership questions set by the group administrators. The system uses predefined criteria to determine whether each request should be approved or declined, making this process much faster and more consistent.

👉𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 (𝗗𝗠𝘀):

Upon approval or rejection of a membership request, the automation will send an appropriate direct message (DM) to the requester. If the request is approved, the DM will be a welcoming message that introduces the new member to the group. If the request is declined, a different, professionally worded DM will be sent, explaining why their request was not approved.

👉𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

In addition to processing membership requests, the automation is designed to integrate with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. If a requester includes their email address in the responses to the membership questions, the automation will automatically send this contact information to the CRM. The CRM is set up to send a welcome email to the new member, providing additional information about the group and any further steps they may need to take. This ensures a smooth onboarding process and allows the group administrators to maintain a database of member contacts for future communication.
